Distance Energy Work

Your causal body is as ageless and vast as the universe. Think of it as a great space of scintillating light, silently folding back into its Source, the field of Infinite Being.  There is so much potential in the causal field of Self. It configures itself in nearly endless variations and is the seat of our manifesting power. The causal body is located close to the field of Pure Divine Being. It can be experienced as the finest level of feeling. Causal body intelligence is responsible for implementing the resources which arise from the Source of creation. The causal body is apportioned into discrete spaces through the intelligence of the heart and mind. These spaces hum within themselves. The size and shape of the space determines the nature of the vibration, or tone, produced by the causal area. The nature of the vibration determines the detail of what arises from the causal area. Multiple causal spaces are usually active at any moment, while a large portion of the causal ...

Allergies are a combination of fear and anger. Sometimes a natural, benign substance such as pollen is seen by our body as an enemy. This fear in the body can activate an hystemic response from the immune system. The body's hystemic response is an expression of anger in its most useful form. Inflammation, mucus production, and extra blood flow are all designed to bring the body back to balance. Think of establishing healthy boundaries. However, in the case of allergies, the unnecessary defense against a non-enemy is ends up attacking our body rather than defending it. When allergic reactions arise, this is an opportunity to carefully observe moments in which you are feeling unfounded fear and responding with anger. You might notice the anger first because it is a more dynamic emotion. Then look for the fear which is behind it.  I no longer have allergies. When I did, it was because I was afraid of anger, and therefore denied the feeling toward myself or toward others. I av...

How does energy healing view kidneys? As when considering any part of the body, we have to consider their function in terms of Totality and the process by which Totality--Unmanifest Being--manifests as form.  Kidneys are filters. They are constantly discriminating and regulating. The kidneys are experts on both the quality and quantity of blood required to support the highest health in the body. Our bodies receive two billion bits of information a second. To avoid overload, both the subtle and dense levels of our system have to filter all this information. The kidneys filter both dense and subtle material.  To better understand the kidneys, we must understand how we receive information. The head area is responsible for bringing information to our physiology from the individual perspective. The gut area is responsible for bringing information to our physiology from the collective and more subtle perspective. See Maha Marmas . Unless a problem arises, we hardly notice o...

Energy healing is about focusing attention intelligently. Focusing attention is a skill possessed by all. The art of this skill is in deciding where to focus. Here are four points of reference which are quite helpful for this process.   Because consciousness is an infinite ocean of awareness, perception and expression, our points of reference must naturally accommodate its infinite nature. So rather than using a point, a more useful navigation tool for the ocean of consciousness is an axis. All of these axes interface with each other. Sometimes I see them as intersecting planes of existence.  1. Larger than the largest to smaller than the smallest -  The first axis is one with which almost everyone is familiar. This is the continuum of smaller than the smallest to larger than the largest. This axis represents the field explored by modern science. Quantum physicists examine the smallest levels of creation and cosmologists explore the furthest reaches of the...

Digestion represents the ability to process experience. The foods we eat are Nature's experience packaged as intelligence. The conversion of sunlight into energy expresses the supreme elegance of  the manifesting process. When people eat plant foods, or animals who have grown up on plant foods, we are essentially benefiting from the original conversion of sunlight into energy. Photosynthesis is a delightfully concise encodement of the Divine Dialogue. For those new to the term Divine Dialogue , this is the term which I use to describe the folding of unmanifest consciousness into its own nature in order to evolve as manifested form. The mechanics of all transformations are contained in this process, including the transformation carried out by the Calvin cycle in photosynthesis. The photons which play such a vital role in the plant's energy production are ancient expressions of cosmic information. They communicate with the apple tree in the universal language of p...
